1. Spread Kellogg's Just Right cereal onto a large plate. Set aside.
2. With a sharp knife, cut a pocket the length of the loin about 4 inches deep. Fill pocket with dried fruit. Pin pocket closed with wooden picks.
3. Place mustard, sage, onion, oil, salt, and pepper in blender or food processor. Blend to a paste. Spread paste evenly over pork.
4. Roll loin in Kellogg's Just Right cereal, pressing cereal onto loin to form a crust.
5. Place loin on a rack set on a cookie sheet (or directly on cookie sheet if no rack is available). Bake at 350 F. for 50 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted into the middle of roast reads at least 160 F. Remove wooden picks. Slice and serve.
