Blue Cheese Salad

Yield: 4 servings



In a small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, garlic, pepper, salt and dill weed; mix well.

Place romaine in a large bowl; top with the eggs, croutons and blue cheese. Add dressing and toss. Serve immediately.
