Hungarian Salad
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
| 1 | package | (10 ounce) frozen mixed vegetables | |

| 1 | cup | fresh cauliflowerets | |
|
|
|||
| 1/3 | cup | sliced stuffed olives | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | sliced green onions | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | cup | canola oil | |
|
|
|||
| 3 | Tablespoons | vinegar | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
In a bowl, combine frozen vegetables, cauliflower, stuffed olives and green onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, garlic powder and pepper. Pour over vegetable mixture and toss to coat.
Serve with a slotted spoon.
