Whisk ricotta, Parmesan and pepper to taste in large serving bowl. In separate bowl, combine tomatoes, olive oil and salt.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Remove 1/4 c. cooking water and stir into ricotta mixture. Drain pasta; add to ricotta mixture with tomatoes and basil; mix well and serve at once.
