Yield: 6 servings
Preheat grill to hot. Combine ground round, onion, Worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning. Form into 6 patties. Brush burgers with extra virgin olive oil.
Place on grill and cook 2 minutes on each side. Lower heat to medium and continue grilling until meat registers 160 F. on meat thermometer in center. Place blue cheese on burger, add 2 slices of cooked bacon and place on roll to serve.
