Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray 9 x 9 x 2- inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Crush 1/2 cup Kellogg's Just Right Cereal to 1/4 cup. Combine cereal with brown sugar, 1 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp butter; mixing until crumbly. Set aside.

Coffee Cake:
Stir together 1 1/2 cups flour, baking powder and soda; set aside.

Crush 3/4 cup Kellogg's Just Right cereal to 1/2 cup. Stir together with flour mixture; set aside.

In large mixing bowl, combine 1/3 cup butter, granulated sugar, egg and orange juice. Add flour-cereal mixture, stirring only until combined. Spread into prepared pan and sprinkle topping evenly over batter.

Bake for 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.

“This was an easy cake to make. I added orange zest to the batter to intensify the orange flavor. Next time I might add some also to the topping. The family enjoyed this. I had some Just Right cereal that I want to use up, and will probably make this again, as I have one whole box of the cereal.”
