Fig Fingers
Yield: about 12 servings
Ingredients
| 3 | oz. | cream cheese, softened | |

| 3 | tablespoons | fig preserves | |
|
|
|||
| 3 | tablespoons | finely chopped pecans | |
|
|
|||
| 6 | sliced cinnamon raisin bread | ||
|
|
|||
Directions:
Toast bread slices. Whip softened cream cheese until creamy. Spread 3 slices of bread with cream cheese; sprinkle with pecans. Spread preserves on other 3 slices of bread and place on top of slices topped with cream cheese and nuts. Cut each sandwich into 4 fingers and place on serving tray.
